At 1.150 m away from the front Beach Walk and 1300 m from the sandy and swimming area.It’s being surrounded by the golf course of Playa de las Américas, peaceful and relax is absolute; and only 1,150 meters (15 minutes walking) we have the most important lido area, which is plenty of Bars and Restaurants, Banks, shops and leisure of the South of Tenerife.It is a modern hotel, with accommodation facilities as double suites, and double duplex penthouses. Upon check-in a Security Deposit per room of 400 EUR will be put on hold on the guests credit card, the hold amount will be removed on the check-out day if no damages are made to the room.
